Crowd at the market place - Tungosta torilla

People were celebrating ice hockey team Oulun Kärpät (=weasels) at market place after they winning the championship of Finland last week. I'm not so interested about sports or crowded places so if you are interested to see more and better photos about this event look Tapani's blog

Christmas trees for sale - Joulukuusikauppias

Almost at last minutes I decided not to spend Christmas without a Christmas tree. I went to the market place and nice young man sold me this most beautiful tree.

Viimehetkellä huomasin etten kumminkaan osaa viettää joulua ilman joulukuusta. Kurvasin torille ja mukava nuori mies myi minulle tämän aivan kerrassaan kauniin joulupuun.

Karaoke

This restaurant is in old storeroom. Behind the buildings is market place and down by street is market hall. Somehow those neon lights are comical.

Tämä ravintola sijaitsee vanhassa makasiinissa. Rakennusten takana on tori ja alempana kadun varressa kauppahalli. Jotenkin nuo neonvalot ovat kovin koomiset.
